We upgraded to version 11 and since then we have two reminders that keep showing up. We do not have these marked for reoccurring yet they show up sometimes 2 to 3 times in a single day.
How do we make it stop? We have tried erasing the old records of the two reminders but it did know good.

You may have some damaged activities. Try running repairs per the following KB article:
