Unfortunately, I see that the EDIT MODE option is not available in Act! Premium Cloud.
I would say that for those who acquire an Act! Premium Cloud, the alternative would be to have at least one remote database, especially for the first user who is the Database Administrator.
In this way, the Database Administrator can make the changes in EDIT MODE, and synchronize so these changes are permanently updated in the CLOUD server.
It is important to keep in mind that you can create and implement that remote database for FREE, it does not require you to buy a license, that is because you are paying the Act! Premium Cloud account.
