Anyone have a clue on changing the alarm lead time defaults, aside from manually changing the dates ? Seems I recall this functionality in prior versions but do not seem be able to find this option in 2011 Premium.
Let's see, upgrade and LOOSE features ?

Please consider Tools, Preferences, Calendar & Scheduling, Scheduling Preferences: Default Activity Settings. Ring Alarm Settings.

Jon, Thanks for the reply.
I explored this area prior to my post.
I am unable to change the default settings i.e. riing alarm jumps from 1 day to 5 days with no ability to set a shorter value for the day, or any other increment for that matter. In V6 I recall a dialogue entry at the end of the default settings that allowed you to set a custom default value, apparently not the case in 2011 ?

You are correct in that it is not possible to change this iption in ACT 2011. However, it also could not be changed in ACT 6.0 (Edit, Preferences, Scheduling, Alarm Lead Time) the performance is the same. Sorry.
