I am attempting to set up MS Outlook 2007 as the client for ACT 2010. On the Email tab of Preferences Email Set Up Step 2 of 3 there are no email clients listed to choose from in this step.
MS Outlook 2007 is activated functioning and was installed prior to ACT. Why would ACT not see MS Outlook?

See if the information in KB Article 23426 helps to resolve this issue.
