I am using Act! Premium (Web) Version: 20.1.120.0, Update 7 on a Windows 10 pro computer
I have tried both Chrome and IE
When we had the desktop app and remote database, I could use list view to edit a record and copy phone numbers without having to go into the detail view. What do I need to do so that I can do that on the web version?

Edit mode on a list is only available in the desktop client it used to be listed in the KB articles Differences Between ACT! by Sage Premium and ACT! by Sage Premium for Web but doesn't seem to be in the one for v20. (maybe a mistake)
What Act! Premium v20 features are not available in Act! Premium (access via web)?
