I am using Act! Pro version 22.214.171.124 and trying to find away to save e-mail I received in Outlook 2010 or 2013 including the attachment on a workstation with a synchonized database.
I can attach the e-mail from Outlook to a contact but without the attachment.
How do I get an attachment to move to the contact record with the e-mail received.

I know, but that actualy is the problem. I only attach the e-mail with text and not the e-mail with text and the attachment enclosed in the e-mail. The strange thing is that on my server, with the parent database, I can attach e-mail with attachment enclosed to contacts.
