ACT! Version: 22.1.212.0, Update 4
Outlook Version: Microsoft Home and Business 2019 / 64-bit
Out-going e-mails (via Outlook) are sometimes automatically recorded in ACT! History as "Call Completed", which is utter nonsense! Can manually change it to "E-mail Sent", but this is time-consuming and I shouldn't have to correct the system - it needs to do things correctly.
I've reported the error to Swiftpage (they told me it was fixed in Update 4 ) so not sure what to do.
Also noticed that my ACT! address book has disappeared from Outlook....but that's another issue I guess.
Anyone?

This has been tested and is fixed in update 5, hopefully it is released publicly soon

I am not sure about your other problems w/o knowing exactly which version you are on. I do know that the new method of connecting Act and Outlook E-Mails eliminates the need to have the Act Address inside of Outlook by having Outlook be able to read the Act database.

I am sure us "real world" users will find a way to break it :-)
