E-mail As Someone Else?

This may sound stupid but is there a way I can e-mail someone through Act! so it looks like it is coming from someone else?  That way, when the person responds to the e-mail, it will go to that person instead of me?

Thanks again all!

Re: E-mail As Someone Else?

If you set up an email account for that person on your PC you can then add that to your ACT email link in the wizard. Once done you will have the option of selecting either account when sending out emails.

Hi ch1p,

Could you clarify your answer? Do you mean that you can add multiple email accounts to Act Email/Internet Mail which you can choose from, or are you talking about the From selector in the Outlook new email window?

Sending emails as other email addresses is also possible in Act! emarketing when using the Team plan.

This is correct....add multiple email accounts to Act Email/Internet Mail which you can choose from, or are you talking about the From selector in the Outlook new email window?

Re: E-mail As Someone Else?

Hi again

You can configure up to 3 accounts in ACT to use Outlook/Internet mail and then chose which to use when sending.
