Dynamic group and removing contact

Hello, we are running Sage ACT! Premium 2011 Version, Hot Fix 6 on Windows 7 off of a server.

We have created dynamic groups within ACT to do mailings and each of those groups has contacts in it.  We are wondering if ther is an automatic way in ACT that when we do a mailing to that group, it automatically removes the contacts from that group or does this have to be done manually.  We want to keep the group name available for the next meeting but don't want to mail to the same contact twice.  Does this make sense?  Thanks for your help in adavance.

Re: Dynamic group and removing contact

Hello Rick,
The way a contact is automatically removed from a group is when they no longer meet the dynamic criteria (i.e., data changed or removed in one of the fields in the criteria). Are you updating any fields when you do a mailing? If so, you can add that field or fields to the dynamic criteria.
