Hello, we are running Sage ACT! Premium 2011 Version 13.1.111.0, Hot Fix 6 on Windows 7 off of a server.
We have created dynamic groups within ACT to do mailings and each of those groups has contacts in it. We are wondering if ther is an automatic way in ACT that when we do a mailing to that group, it automatically removes the contacts from that group or does this have to be done manually. We want to keep the group name available for the next meeting but don't want to mail to the same contact twice. Does this make sense? Thanks for your help in adavance.
