In Premium v16, I have the duplicate checking feature set up how I need it, but yet when I test with what I know will be a duplicate, it doesn't give me any kind of an error or warning that the same contact already exists.

Hi the duplicate feature in ACT needs a 100% match, so if you defined company, contact, email, all 3 fields have to be 100% the same in the contact, then it will come up with a warning.
