Duplicate History when Sending Emails

We're getting some users who get duplicate history records when sending/replying to an email.


What we know:

The setting in email preferences is set to "None" for recording history. The users change this to "Email and Subject" for contacts that they want to record history on.


The Qpath setting is correct.




Is there a setting that we're missing?
