Duplicate Contact appears to be broken in 220.127.116.11. Ia this a known issue? the box to choose to duplicate all fields or just primary fields appears and I choose primary and nothing happens.

I believe this is a known issue. Change all your User Names so they match the Contact Name in the My Record and that should fix it.
I have no idea how there is a relationship between these 2 things but it fixed in in 2 of my customers
