Duplicate Contact not available to some users of my database

Duplicate Contact not available to some users of my database

Working in ACT! Premium for Web V21.  I have a database shared by multiple users with all available admin-level permissions.  One of the users is unable to duplicate contact records.  What are we doing wrong?  He is accessing the same database we are and his permissions are the same as everyone else's.

No errors. It's just not an active option. (It is grayed out)

Hi,

Can we try the user in login credentials on another machine to see if it is pc specific?

I logged in under his account and was able to duplicate contacts, which tells me that it is something with his machine.  What could be causing this?  Pop-up blocker?

Thanks for the help on this.  He was able to get this function to work by changing browsers.
