Working in ACT! Premium for Web V21. I have a database shared by multiple users with all available admin-level permissions. One of the users is unable to duplicate contact records. What are we doing wrong? He is accessing the same database we are and his permissions are the same as everyone else's.

I logged in under his account and was able to duplicate contacts, which tells me that it is something with his machine. What could be causing this? Pop-up blocker?
