I have purchased the upgrade directly from Act, I specifically asked if I can download the upgrade. The salesperson that I spoke to said that I can download the upgrade for 3 years and that it would be no problem. He did not send me a link for the download or the serial number??? Instead he sent me a invoice with the total that I paid, account ID etc.
I would appreciate if somebody could help my as I would like to upgrade my database over the weekend.
