Thanks for this, in all my searching I had not seen this. Do you know if I upgrade Outlook 2003 to service pack 3 whether the issue still remains? This may be a question I should ask ACT directly?
The duplicating appointment is an appointment I set up myself rather than a meeting request so it is not exactly in keeping with the explanation in the Knowledge Base Article but I will try making the registry changes suggested anyway. I will wait to see if Chip knows of an ACT fix before I try this.
