Display Country Codes & Export to Outlook

I am using ACT Pro on Windows 7.

Until recently my ACT displayed the country code (44 for UK, 1 for USA etc)  However this is no longer displayed, AND when I have synchronised this with outloook and then my iphone, all the country codes have disappeared.  So now if I call a contact from my iPhone is doesn't work, becuase there is no country code attached.

I have looked on the community and thought I could resolve this by Tools>preferences>general  but the option to display country codes does not exist here.

Can anyone help????

Re: Display Country Codes & Export to Outlook

The sync to Outlook has never brought the country codes ... doesn't matter if they're displayed, or not
Also, Outlook really shouldn't be used to then sync to a phone.

The best way to sync act! to a phone is Handheld Contact

Re: Display Country Codes & Export to Outlook

Mike,

Thanks.  I'll worry about the outlook to iphone seperately.

Can you still tell me how I display the country code in ACT.  Like I said I can't find it in Tools>Preferences>General

Thanks

Paul
