Direct Connect#

I'm using ACT! Premium 2008 (10.0) (ST Edition) Version 10.0.2.191 and syncing w/Blackberry Curve 8350i handheld via Companion Link Express. What field in ACT should be used to retain Nextel/Sprint Direct Connect# ?

I'm not sure what field can be used to retain Direct Connect.  Try contacting CompanionLink directly to see if there is a way.

Yes, CompanionLink can do this.

 

You need to map the Direct Connect# field in the CompanionLink Setup wizard, since it is not mapped by default. Here is how to map this field:

1. Open CompanionLink Setup.
2. Click "Settings" -> "Next" -> "Configure".
3. Go to the Field Mapping tab, then select 'Miscellaneous' from the top menu.
4. The "Nextel DC#" field should display in the list of mappable fields.

Use the corresponding drop down menu to select which ACT! field you want to map it to.
