Different KPIs shown in Dashboard / Activities

We are a small Executive Search boutique. We measure our KPIs on 'Client Meetings" and "Candidate Meetings' predominantly.

I would like to have these Activities reflected in the dashboard.

So far only Calls/ Meetings and To Dos will show. All other custom activities are shown as 'Other'. All my KPIs are therefore bundled into 'Other', which does not give me the dashboard overview / visibility we want.

I have read that TopLine Dash is a good solution. This has far more functionality than we require and when I look at the screenshots, they show the same predefined activities, Calls/ Meetings and To Dos,  only as well.


My ACT expert suggested that we have a List View of Activities in the dashboard, which again does not fill my requirement.

If we could redefine / label the Calls/ Meetings and ToDos, this would also work, but we can not do that either.

Any suggestions or similar experience would be very much appreciated.
