Myself as well as others have been receiving the below message quite often when using the Act dialer.
System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at Act.UI.Tapi.TapiManager.MakeCallEventHandler(Object sender, DialEventArgs e)
Sometimes the dialer seems delayed but goes through eventually, other times the above message appears and is accompanied with another message saying the line is busy even though the line is not picked up or on.
