Act! Premium Cloud with 2 users running remote db on Windows7 machines
Both are set up with permission to delete records, but both report that the Delete Contact choice is grayed out when they try to delete a duplicate contact.
Is there a solution?

Are your users' security levels set to Standard? If your users are set to Standard and they try to delete a record that does not belong to their user, they will not be able to delete. Administrators and Managers can delete any record in the database. Standard can only delete their own records. Restricted cannot delete any records at all, even if the record belong to them.
