Deleting Activities

Deleting Activities

The selections of "clear multiple activities" and "erase activity" is grayed-out and inactive in my version of Act! Premium Version 17.2.217.0, Hot Fix 3.  How do I activate these options?

I am not an expert but ...  You may not have permission to edit or delete any of the selected Activities...

create a single activity then go and try and change it. Are you successful?  are you trying to change your activity or someone elses?  You would have to get permission to change another users activity

Hi Jbade

The simplest way for you to do this is to be be a Manager in ACT. If you do not have this level of authority request it from your ACT administrator and if they want you to be able to do this they can give you Manager status in ACT..
