The selections of "clear multiple activities" and "erase activity" is grayed-out and inactive in my version of Act! Premium Version 220.127.116.11, Hot Fix 3. How do I activate these options?

create a single activity then go and try and change it. Are you successful? are you trying to change your activity or someone elses? You would have to get permission to change another users activity
