We are using Act Premium 2013 Cloud Version 22.214.171.124, Hot Fix 2
I have Admin Rights
We noticed that one of the users Contact Name is incorrect.
We can't edit it under Edit User Information
We thought we might try to delete the user and just re-enter it correctly but the Delete User function is not highlighted to allow us to select it.
Can anyone offer suggestions to fix this one way or another?

Simply edit their name on their My record. By the way be glad you weren't able to delete the user because that would have also delated everything they had ever entered in the database
