Hi,
we are using ACT Premium EX and trying to change the defualt Phone format to a specific country, so as to keep the country code standard for new database/contact. It is getting changed from "Lookup> My record and then change the Phone format and then change the country and you save this setting" but then if you try to add a new contact it is going to the country code which was set at the time of installation.
How can we change it to desired country again.
