Define Fields error when linking fields

We are using ACT Premium for the web and I am trying to link my company ID status to my contact ID Status and it keeps telling me that it is "unable to communicate with the server. You may need to re-logon to ACT? Premium for Web". I have reloggon on 4 times. It is still doing the same thing. I have done this before, why won't it work now?
