We recently upgraded to Sage ACT! 2013. In the 2010 version, we had only our work hours available to choose from when scheduling an activity like to do or call. I don't see any place to default the time to our work times in the 2013 version. Am I looking in the wrong place or is this not available in the 2013 version?

Under Tools-> Preferences-> Calendar & Scheduling -> Calendar Preferences you are able to set the available work days and times. However this doesn't remove all other times from being available. It just highlights the specific work days and times in yellow, while the rest of the times are grey.
