Days Open Counting Problem?

In ACT! 2010, if you create a new Opportunity, then immediately make it Closed and Won, the Days Open figure changes to -1.

Anyone else see this?

Re: Days Open Counting Problem?

Hello Jeff,

I wasn't able to reproduce this.  The days open changes to 0 upon saving.  Is this specific to a database or client?

David

Same happens in two different databases, one is the ACT2010DEMO on the same stand alone computer. The change to -1 occurs when you click the Save Changes icon.  I will test on other machines tomorrow.

Just to confirm: I see the same issue on another stand-alone PC on both a new ACT 2010 databas and on the ACT2010Demo database.

Re: Days Open Counting Problem?

I'm testing ACT2010.  Some of the Opportunities have Days Open of 2,918,518 when the Opp was created on 5/13/2009, for example.  I've found that if I click in the open date dorp down then click in the Days Open field, that tends to correct the number.  Has anyone else seen this?

Thanks,

Rob

Re: Days Open Counting Problem?

I have hundreds of records with negative values for the Days Open field.  Was this issue ever resolved?
