Our office uses A4Advisors along with Act 2010 premium. When looking at a contact we enter the client's Date of Birth in the "personal" tab. Next, when we look in "history" it shows that the user changed the client's date of birth.....no problem. The problem is that "history" shows the date the DOB was changed to as ONE DAY before the actual Date of Birth. Then, for about 20% of the contacts, when you flip back to the "personal" tab to double check what date was actually entered......the DOB field is completely empty!
Not sure if this is related but in addition, when we book appointments for clients, on occasion, they ALL get shifted to one hour earlier. (perhaps it's a daylight saving time issue but we have no idea what setting to change)
Appreciate any direction.

Not that I have an answer for this, but we have had this persistant issue for some time now and we have deleted the field, recreated the field and re-entered the data correctly. Inasmuch as this took 50+ hours to complete with 2,500+ contacts, we solved the problem....until recently. We now have realized that the dates have been offset by 3 days at this point with no explanation available from ACT support. One other issue that we have been having and perhaps they are tied together, but we use CompanionLink Remote sync, which also has been creating field information which indicates [Content Protection is Enabled] on all email addresses, Birthdates and some phone #'s on the blackberry's which sync with the database.
