I currently work for a Financial Planning business that uses a portfolio administration system which goes through to Act. Upon updating to V21, our Act which is run on Windows Server 2012RS isn't getting updated information from the database.
Does anyone know why this could be happening?

that is to say that... before it was integrated but now no longer ..? and how do you call the Financial Software and the ADD-ON to achieve integration?
Possibly you need to update the Act! ADD-ON integrator too, that happens because some structure changes might not allow integration..
Good luck and do not forget to make a daily Database backup (File - Backup - Database - click on Browse to place this backup in your documents folder), and place a copy of that ZIP file in a USB memory or external disk for better security... In case the Hard Drive is damaged or receive a virus attack
