I agree with Mike's direction - determine which particular file or folder is out of proportion.

I would also suggest looking at the Backup folder (within the Database Files folder), are you saving database backups into that folder? If yes, I recommend changing to a different folder (outside of the Database Files folder) and manually moving the existing backups to that new location.
