Database Password

How do I change the main database password?  Not the individual user password but the initial password that pops up.  See picture below.Act Login Screen - 011817.JPG

Re: Database Password

The password shown when you log in if the Most Recently Used one. There isn't any default password setting.

Re: Database Password

You can't change the behavior, that's built into the program.

Re: Database Password

In the first drop down menu you select the database you want to log into
Username will need to be an administrator of the database
Log-in
Once logged in
Go to Tools > manage users > select the user you need to change the password for > Select "Edit user information"
You can change the password in there

Re: Database Password

Hi ksdc414,

If you're referring to the 'remembered' username and password that is pre filled into the login fields (denoted by the yellow field background), then this is done automatically by your web browser. There are options to disable and change the remembered details for each site in the browser options.
