Our office is converting databases and during the process, we had failures that stopped the program all together. Now that we have relaunched the program (the database is listed in the file/open/share location) it is asking for username. None was previously set and I have tried every option I can come up with. Also, while using the ACT! Diagnostics tool, no usernames are present. Not sure what to do from here. Any suggestions?
