Data not showing up on remote(s) after sync

I've been contacted by a couple of colleagues who actually use Act, they've both said that data entered by other users, such as phone numbers (and some other fields) are not populated in the client software.

 

remote colleague1 > enters new customer and all details > syncs to master db > remote colleague 2/3/4 syncs to retrieve new information > new customer has some details (usually phone number) missing.

 

any ideas?

 

the information is visible if you login to the Act for Web client, but not on the remote/software...

Looks about right, have run it on the server, just waiting to hear back from colleagues now, many thanks.

Ok, it's been run on the server, and on the remotes. The remotes are still missing the data entered before this patch. I can't work out whether or not this is normal, as the 'Note' on the patch, is pigeon english at best.

 

It states "I might need to recreate remote databases"

 

Might to me doesn't mean I will have to, but might have to. However, I cannot see any other way round this, than to recreate the remotes.
