Dashboard not showing totals for "All" processes

Help. I am using ACT Premium for Real Estate 2009, hotfix 1. I have a dashboard set up to show totals on two different types of Processes, "listings" and "Property Purchase". However when I select "All" from the Processes filter, it reports nothing. I can select each process by itself and it will report the totals correctly. The only way around this is to have two individual modules on the dashboard, one reporting each type of process. Any help would be appreciated.

There is a known issue in ACT! 2009 where some dashboards will display no data when "All" is selected as the Process filter. Unfortunately, this issue was not fixed until ACT! 2010.
