Customizing Group Membership report

I am struggling with customizing the Group Membership report. I would like to include the latest notes of the contacts and added [CN: Regarding] to the "subreport [Contacts], accordingly. When printing, however, the report aborts after the second page. The break occurs at the end of the page with still some more contact records and groups to go.

Does anyone have an idea what to do?

Thanks for your help

This explains why I did not find my question covered in your highly readable book...

Thanks anyway.

Re: Customizing Group Membership report

You can't use fields from the notes table in the contact sub-report. You could add a notes subreport to the main group report but then you would get all the notes together. You also can't add a notes sub-report within the contact sub-report.

There is a third party book with comprehensive training information on the ACT! reports, here is the link.

Re: Customizing Group Membership report

I didn't make a major point of many things in the book, there was so much to cover. Some things like the limitations on sub-reports and the mixing of table fields are mentioned in passing. My goal was to build a knowledge foundation.
