Customized Menu Authorization per user

Hi!

 

I would just like to know if its possible to set authorization or access rights to the menus per user?? how can i do it.?? all i can find is per field authorization.

Menu customizations in ACT! are possible and once set become part of each Windows' user profile.   To have different menus, log in to Windows as a different user.

 

Some day we will see ACT! preferences tied to the ACT! user and not to the Windows user.  Please provide kudos to this suggestion Preferences Need to be Saved with the Database User, Not in the User's Windows Profile at http://community.act.com/t5/Share-Your-Ideas/idb-p/ideas
