When you are looking at the Contact List screen and want to copy some contacts out (say to Excel for duplicate record management as I do), it will copy the Contact, Title, Company, Phone, Address, City, St, Zip, and Email. I would like to customize what fields are copied when I do this...is there a way to do that? (2009 or 2010 versions)

That part is not editable although I recall seeing an addon "believe it was called clippie" that did allow you to define what was put into the clipboard.
