You didn't mention which version of ACT! you have installed, but it sounds like an issue with Sage ACT! 2011 when adding Yes/No fields to the Contact List view. If you have 2011 installed, here is an article with steps to apply the Service Pack 1 update which will correct this issue: KB Article 27290

Yes, you called it, I am using 2011 and the fix did it and also fixed the issue I have with export list to Excel. Your awesome and thank you very much.
