Hello to you all.
I am newish to ACT and I need to create some custom reports, I am looking for a good guide to help me do this. I want to be able to only report on 1 product in opportunities. I know its very vague but I think if I have a guide or template I can use I will pick this up.

Where can I get that.
Also I have 8 user defined fields in oppitunities and need a few more but the add field is grayed out?

look on www.actaddons.com
For the moment 8 user fields is the limit for Opportunities. But I think ACT 2010 as some developments in the Opportunities section, so that may change later in the year.
