Using Act Premium 2011 on several workstations. Most workstations retain their custom commands and custom icons on the tool bar but mine does not retain them. They show up for a while after opening and closing ACT but eventually
ACT opens up without them on my machine. Does anyone have a fix for this?

This generally related back to the user profile having some issues. Try created a new profile on an affected machine and see if it retains the settings as a first step

If these are Vista/Windows 7 computers - try running Act! 'as admin' to ensure it has the authority to write the updated preferences.
- close Ac!
- right click on Act! icon
- select 'Run As Administrator'
(it can be set to always run as admin by: right click on icon > select Properties > Compatibility tab > enable Always Run as Admin option).
