I'm a new user, trying to import data from Excel. I'm using Act! Premium Version 17.2.217.0.
I have tried to use the existing birthday field and create my own. All other data is imported except for the birthday. I have gone to the layout to ensure it is there but still no birthday data is imported. I really do not want to have to do this manually.
When I preview the data the birthday is there, so where does it go?! This is incredibly frustrating!

Finally cracked it! Date format must be numbers, you cannot format to the month name in excel prior to importing.
