I've created custom types for different types of meeting and calls. However, when I create a history item for these items, it does not affect the Last Reach/Meeting values. It appears that only the default "Call" and "Meeting" affect these values.
Does anybody know if there is a way to have these custom Activity types change the "Last Meeting", "Last Reach" values?
OR, are there any other values that update based on a recorded history item that I can use to create a group of contacts who have not been contacted (in any way) in the last 30 days?
Thanks!

You can perform a lookup based on Contact Activity:
Click Lookup > Contact Activity.
Look for Contacts that have 'Not Changed' since 3rd November 09.
Deselect the boxes next to everything except Histories. If you wish you can drill down to select specific History types in the drop down menu.
This should show you all contacts who have not had any activity within History within the last 30 days.

Just to add...
Last Reached is specifically when you have a Call Completed
Last Attempt is when you have Call Attempted
Last Meeting is for Meeting Held
The only way to have fields like that update based on other activity histories is via a plugin using the ACT! SDK.

BUt what do you do if these fields aren't populating like they should? THere is no way to go and manually add the info?
