Cursor in New Note does not start in Details section since upgrading to Premium v22.1

Anyone notice that the cursor in a new Note does not start in Details section since upgrading to Premium v22.1 installed version as it did in previous versions?  You must now manually put the cursor in the Details section to begin typing the Note.

 

I cannot tell exactly where the cursor starts now, if you just start typing, the date value is highlighted, but if you first select the down arrow the Company begins to change.

 

Is this a known issue/bug?

Sorry to say this is an unintended change that has yet to be corrected. Known Issue.
