I have noticed that the various options of creating a new ACT contact from Outlook are not working in ACT V21 in a number of different machines and databases.
All the wizards etc seem to work but nothing ends up in the ACT Database.
Could others test this option and let me know if it works for them.
Would really like to know if others are finding this function is working or if it is a general problem, please try it and let me know.

I am having the same problem. In the inbox and deleted folders, when I click on Create ACT! contact, it populates my name and email address, not the person in the email. HOWEVER, we I do the same thing in the SENT FOLDER, it works! Very frustrating.
