I am running into a problem that when I look at the calendar for the calls that I want to make for the day and create a lookup, the lookup puts the contact in alphabetical order and not by the time order. We upgraded from version 6 to ACT 10 and in version 6 I could do that, either from the calendar or task list.
Any input on how to correct this would be appreciated.
