Creating contact from company

All of a sudden none of my users can create new contacts from company, it started last week and after reading a discussion on the topic I unlinked all Date fields and for 1 day the problem went away now it is back but I don't have any date fields left to unlink...

 

Does anyone know what is issue might be?

Hi tokay,

What happens when you try to create the contact? Do you get any kind of error message, does Act! freeze? Please describe it in as much detail as possible.
