Something unusual is happening with my activities in 2011.
A single event activity creates just fine. Say, a birthday, 20/09/2010, set to be timeless, any length, and show a banner.
Syncronise with Outlook and all is well.
Convert this single event to a yearly event and syncronise with Outlook.
Outlook shows it as 21/09/2010 and shortly thereafter, ACT! does too!
This happens EVERY time I create a yearly recurring event.
Interesting new feature.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Much more testing later...
The issue is to do with timeless activities only. Everything else seems to work fine.
FYI. Outlook is 2003. System is XP Pro. Everything is fully patched.

Timeless AND recurring - yes.
It happens for both monthly and yearly (have to assume the others as well cuz my day is not long enough to do all of the testing for Sage).
Banner does NOT matter.
Yes! All three dates change.

A hotfix was released today for ACT! 2011, that deals with outlook integration and ACT!, please download it and install it, let me know if it fixes your issue.
Title: How to Download and Apply Sage ACT! 2011 Hot Fix 1

Hotfix not only fixed the date issue “The maximum end date for a recurring activity starting on xx/xxx/xxxx is 01/06/2073.”
It also seems to have fixed the issue I raised.
Nice quick solution.

I have recently applied HF2 and guess what... the old problem with recurring activities is back (see prev posts) AND “The maximum end date for a recurring activity starting on xx/xxx/xxxx is 01/06/2073.” is back as well!
Not only that, it appears now that activities no longer use the "To" field and have replaced it within the Scheduling tab. Sounds ok in theory but in practice it is awful! I live by my calendar on my phone and now I can no longer see who the appointment is with. All I see is the subject.
Great... today I have three "Onsite Support" calls... but who the heck are they with?
Kurt, can I have the HF you suggested applied to HF2 please?
