We're running ACT Premium for Work Groups 2006, Version 8. I need to create a tab containing true/false boxes that need to be available as "view only" for most of the users. I don't want them to have the ability to check or uncheck any of these boxes, however its important that they know the status of the boxes (true or false) for a particular client or clients. Is this possible??
Also, I have many field names that have been created and are no longer used. Is it possible to delete these?? If so, how do I delete them???
