Could you please be so kind to help me about the following issue:
I synchronized my Sage Act Premium with outlook and i have imported several hundred contacts with complete information including Company.
Anyhow now in Sage in company tab i dont have companies at all, is there a possibility to automaticaly create companies from the contacts that i have? Because i have for example 4, 5 contacts already in database with in one company. What is the best and fastest way to creat companies.
And second think that i would like to ask is how to define Cities? Because i divide my contacts to a cities in which they have offices. And when i am planing to make apointments my goal is to make apointments in one city to decrease the costs of travel and to have more time. Is there a posibility to make Cities in Sage Act in which i will have several companies, with several contats... On top of the so called group will be city - company - contact persons...
