I'm not sure if this is a setting somewhere, or if my database is corupt. Whenever a user, any user, creates an opportunity diretly from a customer's tab, the opportunity is created and then displayed opportunity is changed to the first one in the list view. If you sort the list view based on a different column and try again, it does the same thing and reverts to the first opportunity in the list.
If there a way to change this?
I'm trying to push my sales people to use the opportunity tabs and this is a huge annoyance that is stifling adoption of the new process.

ACT support confimed that there is a bug with ACT v16 Premium if you use fields to trigger Activity Series inside of an opportunity. No word if/when they will fix.
